Development Reflections offer personal tales of �� staff through a series of papers/briefs and conversations. Individuals explore their development experience and reflect a diversity of perspectives in audio interviews with staff of the Bank Group's Knowledge and Information Services department. The goal is to give unique insights into the WBG’s evolution and development history.
